I know I have done a lot of posts of getting healthy, but there has been inaction on my behalf. That being said, I know what to do to be healthy, but have lacked the motivation to do those things for a long time. I have been searching for ways to motivate myself and here are the top five things that have helped, besides Cody.

Get Psyched
I have already mentioned my top 5 motivation tools and I use them all the time, but when all else fails I turn on my motivation playlist and I cannot help but get psyched!
I love that last image. That’s very much my philosophy, but I’m the type who is ready to cheer on everyone at the gym. Because it’s hard! However, I just silently cheer people on: one day I had this really sweaty guy high five me after I finished my treadmill work, and I did think it was a little weird. I understood, but dude.
I seem to have plateaued with my own weight loss attempts. I’m kinda happy with my weight now, so I’m not being as dedicated as I could be. Ideally I would lose just a few more pounds to give me a cushion for those times (like my birthday month) when I like to splurge.
Hope you have fun finding healthier recipes. You seem to enjoy cooking/baking, so that seems to be a positive way to channel some of your interests.
